We Are Belfast

‘We Are Belfast’ was first delivered as a Successful Belfast campaign in 2018. It reflects BBT’s belief that people are the most important part of Belfast’s story. The project is a celebration of people who take action. It is one of the ways we support people who are doing something different to make Belfast more confident, ambitious, prosperous and distinctive. It features a new generation of city voices, often from unexpected backgrounds, with new ideas and fresh energies. The stories are of people exploring new housing models and podcasters celebrating the best of our city. They are the stories of designers, entrepreneurs, carers, and the much-missed, creative force who was Lyra McKee.
